Can't find ECG report on Fitbit phone app anymore

I don't see my ECG reports under You > Health Assessments or under my notifications anymore. Did Google/Fitbit move it? I tried checking the various HR pages, too. Where is it?!

My Fitbit Premium trial recently expired - could it be that the ECG report is only available for premium users?
