Pre-order Shipping

Hey all! I ordered the Collectors Edition of the Codex and I’m eagerly anticipating its delivery. Maybe I’m being impatient (which is probably the case) however I haven’t received a shipping notice or anything, when the latest it would ship? I’m happy everyone has gotten their codex or their order for the Special Edition break away set! Nurgles love to all!
