I'm Tired of Taking Chats!

I'm on the chat line at work, and the company decided to make the evaluations more strict, and increase the number of chats you handle from two to three at a time.

I said "no thanks" and asked to be taken off chat & my supervisor said OK.

That was 2 weeks ago, now I'm getting more chats than ever.

I mean - shit! It wouldn't be so bad if you were allowed time to service the clients properly, or they were chatting in with stuff that was appropriate for the chat - short, quick questions & answers. Not huge involved research projects, or the clients asking a dozen questions all at once & then cussing you out if you don't respond quickly enough.
