Your nut can instantly heal all wounds

Basically title. Your nut (or discharge) can heal all wounds. For example, if someone has cut themselves somehow, all you need to do is rub your nut on it and it heals immediately. Or if someone is ill, if they drink your nut, they will get better. How would you use this superpower?
