Would using you accept the reskin technology to allow more plane specific cards to be reprinted on new planes?

We already have this technology that we use to reskin outward facing IPs to existing cards, but in a limited fashion, do you think it would be good for the game if we used the same thing to print Boros Garrison into a new set without having to make a lore reason for Boros to be relevant there?
