sg vs us

hello i got into a top 10 USA university (tho not the best few of harvard, stanford, etc.) and really want to break into something high-paying & lucrative. perhaps fin/ ib/ pe/ tech. middle up so can afford it quite (not very very very) comfortably. family shld be worth close to 10 million, but not 100 million. i am also holding full-ride university offers for med/ law/ dent/ (writing this so as not to dox, but it is a selective programme). scholarships awarded at the sg universities are highest tier available so tuition accoms exchange covered. want to go to the US but having a hard time deciding. singapore feels safe. success feels almost guaranteed. careers will pay decently well. usa feels high risk high return. looking at finance and tech. understand its hard now for internationals. appreciate any insights.
