PROBLEM XL2546K PIXELATED AND BLURRY TEXT

Hello, I'd like to comment on a problem I had yesterday and that has continued to this day.

As the title says, I started seeing small (but still visible) horizontal lines, and the text and icon borders look pixelated or as if they were in low resolution.

I'd like to clarify that I've run many tests, ruling out common problems, such as trying other cables (I tested my DisplayPort and HDMI, and the problem occurs on both). I also tried unplugging the monitor from the power for 10 minutes, testing it on a different computer, and finally concluding that it's a monitor issue. I also have two BenQ monitors, and my second monitor looks normal and as it should.

This problem makes me very sad, because I am from Chile (Latin America) and it cost me a lot of money to get this monitor and I always gave it special care as it should be.

I want to clarify that I wanted to upload proof to the post (photos), but I realize that it is not possible to appreciate in a photograph what I am really seeing.
