Motorcycle riding groups?

I've been riding on and off for 25 years, but now I'm interested in riding with others. The groups I've seen so far are for Harley riders (I don't have a Harley), or specific to demographic that's not mine (sex, race, age). I don't really care about aligning my riding with charities or paying dues or cookouts, I just want to ride. Are there any groups like that locally?
