Need Help: Vata Prakriti, Anxiety, Low Appetite & Constipation.

Hi, My prakriti is vata (as I know). I have anxiety issues(diagnosed as OCD recently), overthinking. I lost my hunger,plus constipation issues, My tongue coated white, When I have eat with little hunger i can't have appetite afterwards,please help me to fix my issues.thanks in advance.
