3 Best Job Search Engines for 2025

Hello everyone!

Below are three valuable resources for job hunting in 2025. All three use AI under the hood, and are great alternatives to Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn.

1. HiringCafe: Built by Redditors (check out r/hiringcafe), HiringCafe aggregates 4 million+ jobs directly from over 70K+ employer websites on a daily basis. Furthermore, it uses ChatGPT to summarize each job description to extract key information such as salary and years of experience. You'll come across jobs that aren't even posted on major job sites.

2. JobRight: JobRight matches your resume with job opportunities so you don't have to manually enter the exact job keywords. It has an AI copilot built-in called Orion that you can ask any questions to - from fine tuning your job search criteria with natural language to asking specific questions about a job (no more using Google, Glassdoor, and 15 other tools to find out if the job is the right fit!)

3. Simplify: Tired of filling out the same applications over and over again? Use Simplify's Google Chrome extension to automate your entire job search process - from discovering jobs tailored to your resume to tracking your applications to auto applying for jobs with AI-tailored resumes. It even fills out those annoying Workday applications for you.

I hope these three resources are useful for your job hunt. Good luck!
