Get 250 gems from event

Since this mini event doesn’t have very good rewards for F2P players, here’s an idea I haven’t seen anyone mention:

Supercell will give us enough medals to buy 20/20 elixir items, 20/20 gold items, and nearly 11/20 dark elixir items -> a total of 51 items we can purchase. As far as I know, we get 5 gems every time we try to collect a resource but can’t store it. So, if our resource storages are full, we can potentially claim around 255 gems.

I think this is a good strategy if you’re not planning to buy the event pass.
