Just had a fall and im nervous but not sure if I need to go to the emergency room, what should I do?

Just woke up and was filling up my cats water, I tripped on a box from last nights cost co trip and fell really hard but handed on one knee, my hip, and one of my hands. I felt a pain in my stomach as my roommate was helping me up but it went away as soon as I got to my room to lay down. It scared the shit out of me and im still really freaked out. Should I make a call if I start feeling pain or just go straight to the emergency room? Or should I go no matter what? Also happy Mother’s Day everyone <3.
