Audi A1 2014 - Bluetooth not working

Before you say "have you tried this and that" please read the full post.

The Bluetooth on my car does not work, when searching nothing shows up on any devices I've tried additionally the MMI isn't able to pick anything up either.

I've attempted doing software updates but no luck, I think the actual Bluetooth chip is dead. I've looked online for a replacement one (CK5050+IA07) but all I can find is ones on Alibaba for £100, is anyone aware of where I could source a more affordable replacement?
