How to answer work permit question in GTA

My friend who is a civil engineer and on a SOWP (expires in Oct 2026) received an interview for a TEER 1 full-time job. His wife is on PGWP and wil finish her degree in May 2026 snd PGWP expires in summer 2026.

How does he answer the work eligibility question in interview? Does he openly say he can only work up to October 2026 and his SOWP extension depends on his wife landing a job in summer 2026?
