CPU Upgrade: AM4 or AM5?

Currently rocking -ryzen 5 3600 -rtx 3070 8gb -b450 msi pro vdh max -16gb ram

Now the big question if I should get me a ryzen 7 5700x 3d for 215€ or rather upgrade to AM5, looking at a ryzen 5 7500f at 150€ and of course an new mainboard. Ram upgrade is also planned at the same time, to 32gb in total. I also know that i will be uprgrade my gpu in around 1-2 years, probably a rx9070xt So what do you guys think, should I get the upgrade, with a worse performance cpu though or stay on AM4 for a bit longer?
