Guest portraits for placement cards/favors

Hi there!

I saw on here a few times some brides have hired an artist to create portraits of their guests to use as placement cards for their table decor?

Does anyone have any recommendations for who I could inquire with to have this done? I adore the idea and would love to support local if at all possible. Estimated guest count is to be 30 in Raleigh, NC.

Any suggestions for other ideas are welcome too.
