Best Option For Mage Gear

So i am playing a mage and im attempting to tackle a expert/maybe master at thru as a breton, and im wondering what the best enchants for my gear would be and what gear i should have also… (i do have 100% resist magic with my mundane ring and racial ability already)

Should i have Fortify Magika, so i can cast more? Shield to make up for having no armour? Spell absorb? Something im forgetting maybe?

Also any tips on armour cuz i hear it’s smart to just get super low weight street clothes and just enchant them, any help is appreciated… Love this game and im hoping to actually play it all the way thru this time.
