Would you do it again?

Not a teacher but I do work in the schools as a teachers aide. I discovered I actually like working with kids and helping them learn, I find it rewarding. Though I am aware of the shortage, behaviors, and I know the pay isn’t great.

I’m twenty five and I would have to go to college to get a degree since I never graduated the first time around. For those of you who are new or have been teaching a while, if you could go back would you be a teacher again? What are the pros/cons for you personally?

For those of you who have left teaching, what career did you move to?
