trying to move free space from d: drive to c: drive without paying money

im trying to move free space from d: drive to c: drive as i have only 65.40 gb on the c: drive with only 4.29 gb left. i tried using some apps such as minitool and easeus but they cost some money that i dont want to spend for a one-time thing only. do you guys know some free partition managers that can move free space from on drive to another?
