I messed up and ended up in a fight with a lady in the supermarket.

I made a whole scene. Granted that lady was being rude AF but I ended up loosing control of myself and kept yelling at her. The manager had to come and ask me to shut up. Cause at the end no matter who is being rude. No matter who started it. I am the one who gets blamed because I can't control my manic rage when someone pisses me off.
