Using Psychoanalysis in Macbeth.

If anyone is aware with of the Id, ego, super ego please reply. To boost my thesis I am thinking of mentioning freuds psychoanalysis theory to boost my thesis. I would talk about the id and how it leads to macbeths tyranny if a suitable topic is mentioned. Likewise if we get macduffs revenge I would talk about the id too in a thesis for extra context.

I am also considering if the themes of guilt and kingship come up I would talk about the super ego.

How many marks extra would this get and would it do better in my main paragraphs?
