What happens if you fail dual enrollment as a senior

I had a lot of missing work and the class closed. It’s not a hard class per se but that was my SCE.

Does anyone know what happens?

I talked to Mr.Brown about credit recovery but has anyone been in or know anyone that has been in this situation?
