Contemplating going back

I took Lexapro from July of 2023-April 2024. I stopped because I gained wait, but what a mistake I made. I have failed to find a med to help my anxiety and it has only gotten worse which is scaring me. I’m on buspar now. It’s been 9 days and I can’t take the dizziness anymore. I can’t tell if I’m making up the symptoms in my head. It’s very hard to tell, but I just feel terrible and out of it. I wish I never got off of Lexapro :(
