I want to clear honour but I'm anxious, any tips?

Hi guys! I've beat the game in the custom ruleset of honour difficulty with multi save a few times but I do a LOT of reloading when i mess up, very nervous to try true honour mode but I'd really like to beat it. Any general tips would be appreciated :)
