My workplace separates genders

It's not a hard set rule or anything but it's noticeable.

The men make sandwiches or are put on grill. The women handle customers and handing out food. Summed up men work in the back women work up front.

There's only a few exceptions to the rule. The only guys that work up front are the exceptionally friendly ones. I've also had a non binary coworker and funnily enough they had them working both up front and in the back.

Mainly thinking about this since last night one of my coworkers slapped me on my back and that got me thinking about all the things that only happen to me since I'm a MAN.
