Help finding options for parents

My parents are struggling right now. My dad's job doesn't have insurance, but he got insurance through Pennie, recently his rates went from 150 to 650 dollars a month and they cannot afford it. They've lapsed in coverage and have had to prioritize some meds over others and are still drowning.

My mom is has a lot of conditions and is disabled, but never filed as disabled legally. Her medications without insurance would cost 5000 dollars. My dad is also on maintenance medications for his mental and physical health.

They're afraid they won't be able to get the same medications that my mom needs to keep herself functioning if they don't have a good medication insurance. She's on Lantis, Ozempic, and Jardiance. Does anyone know any plans, or options for them? So they could at least get these three?
