4-me-tmp dose suggestion for productivity

Got my hands on some 4-me-mtp recently. I'm not finding much info on dosing online. Atm I'm mostly interested in oral doses for studying, focus, and productivity.

I've used 4f-mph before and 10-20mg seemed to be my sweet spot With dextroamphetamine, I use around 15mg.

I've seen doses between 30-60 mg online, but I'm not sure if those are more recreational doses. I'd like to avoid recreational use for now.
