Worse before ovulation and period?

Anyone else find symptoms worsen massively before/during ovulation and periods? I'm due my period tomorrow and literally have had such a jump in pain and symptoms all day 😪 My PN is caused by hypertonic PF so I don't know if it's to do with increase bloodflow/pressure in the area, I also need to pee every 30 mins it's a nightmare trying to get anything done
