Cones and prerolls leave brown residue on my lips and make my mouth numb

as the title says, most cones and prerolls slow start sticking and leaving a bitter brown residue on my lips after smoking for a sort while and my mouth slightly tingly (numb is a bit of an overstatement). I don't have any allergies that I know of, but cheap chocolate and some donut filling makes my mouth a bit more tingly and numb. does this happen to anyone else?

like after even smoking for around 3 minutes I could keep kiss the back of my hand and leave about 7 or 8 very visible brown lip marks, but that never has any other reaction with my skin
