Looking at getting a T14 Gen 2. Are the 45% displays faster than the higher gamut low-power ones?

Btw this is my first post on reddit. I'm looking at buying a T14 Gen 2 AMD online. I'm stuck between two units: one has a 45% touch panel and the other has either the AUO or BOE low power panel. I know these non-Innolux LP displays have poor response time but how are the 45% displays in this regard? If the base display is faster I might consider it, otherwise I'll obviously take the LP. Does anybody here (preferably with experience with both display types) have any advice? I don't want to regret getting a screen with poor color reproduction but I also don't want to regret a screen with noticeable ghosting.

Relevant uses will include watching video, casual gaming (such Minecraft and Fortnite), and perhaps light video editing.

For comparison purposes I daily an E530 and also have a T400 and T410 (both with 1440x900) and a 1680x1050 T61p. I also have a Dell E7470 which has noticeably better color. Comparisons to these models are welcome.
