HELP Guys, VIT me advance fees payment explain karo

I got CSE at VIT Chennai category 1. Abhi toh Bits me cs try kar raha hu but advance fees (198000 inr) bharne hai before 14th (aaj 11th hai). Refund ka kya scene? Orientation kab hoga exactly? Also is it good considering meri rank is 24k in mains and 3.5k in viteee.
