Gcash QRpay issue (deducted but no transaction history)

QRpay issue!! Ako lang ba?? Help naman 💸

I was on uniqlo magbabayad sana ako ng item using gcash last week. But after i scan the qr, parang lag yung app and pag back ko bawas yung balance ko pero wala sa history yung payment. So i assume na hindi nag go thru and paid again using gotyme nalang. *bayad muna bago mag panic

When i got home i checked my gcash app pero deducted padin talaga. Di ko pwedeng i let go kase 1,180 pesos din yon!. I filed a ticket kagad, and after ilang days nag reply yung cs na "succesfully processed" yung unang payment ko. They also provide the invoce number which is yun daw ipresent ko sa merchant.

I wonder kung marrefund ba ni uniqlo to. Im just waiting sa day off ko para makapunta sa store. Kaya mag ooverthink muna ako 😭
