I keep turning on my pc and I keep finding threats

This is what is says for the pays 3 or 4 days when I turned on my pc I take action then it appears again, I dont understand.

Windows 11 says- Trojan:Win32/Suschil!rfn

Malwarebytes says- C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\tmpc9f7\setup.exe

What does this mean im kind of new to computers I have been downloading a lot of mods for my games and whatnot so maybe thats it, I dont know how to get rid of this stuff. Any help would be appreciated.
