PC won't turn on IDK what happened

i was watching youtube then the screen froze... it won't move and alt+ctrl+delete wasn't working so i unplugged it. after i plugged it back in, it won't turn on properly... it lights up for a few seconds then turns off again. (sorry english is bad)
