Help fan lcd not working

Hello everyone, i'm face-to-face with a situation where my lian li LCD fans work perfectly and are paired with L-connect, except for the screen display. They are all black displaying nothing.

L-connect is the latest version.

On the L-connect app when i go into the settings for the lcd screen nothing responds as showed in the screenshot.

the 2 pin connector is plugged into the motherboard and the usb cable is directly plugged to the lian li usb extension on the power supply (lian li 1000w gold).
