How long to wait on Real ID before requesting a replacement?

Promise was 20 business days (which seems ridiculous aleeady since it's literally just adding a star to my existing ID ..but whatever).

For my case, iIt'll be 25 business days come tomorrow and I'm getting concerned

Am I dumb for continuing to be patient or should I request a replacement. How long did yours take to arrive?
