Does anyone know the name of this horror movie?

The movie starts with a family of 5 moving into a secluded town/village. Mom, dad, 2 adult daughters and a young one. They see a young man bleeding out a goat and collecting it in a bucket & ask him about the village, and he speaks positively about it. Everyone in that village behaves overly polite and friendly with them. The younger daughter(YD) befriends the man and starts to like him. One day he brings them a cake, and while eating it, the older daughter (OD) injures her mouth and spits out something like a claw. He apologises about it. Later, OD starts behaving oddly and detoroirates over time. She starts eating rats and spewing black liquid. Later it's revealed that she was made to be possessed by an evil entity the village fears. They need to sacrifice a family in a ritual to calm it down, and they chose the new family. To protect themselves from the entity on the night of the sacrifice, they need to draw something with goat's blood on their doors. They kidnap and tie the daughter to a cross, the entity completely takes over her and kills the entire family. Only YD is saved by the man as he lets only her into his house. It's later revealed that the man is from the last family sacrificed. In the ending scene, YD is seen collecting the blood of a goat in a bucket and speaks charmingly with a boy from the new family moving in. I remember the entire plot but can't remember the name of the movie. Does anyone know what it is?
