Best vibrator for Silicone cage?

I've used a massage gun often with my regular resin cage and it's always worked great. I now have a cage that is both redin/silicone. I don't feel much with the massage gun so was looking into getting a vib. Any recommendations? I was thinking something smaller because of noise and i need it to be somewhat discreet
