[A4A] Looking for longterm roleplay partners

Hello! I've been roleplaying since I was 11/12 and I am now 29 (so please be of similar age if you reach out to me) but I've sort of fallen of with it in recent months. I really miss roleplay. I favour literate and novella length posts, and I only roleplay in the third person.

Some background:

• I have roleplayed almost my entire life and have therefore got experience with almost every genre/setting under the sun.
• I also enjoy TTRPGs so if you have any dnd-adjacent ocs or settings you'd like to use, let me hear about them!
• I do not favour any particular gender when I roleplay, I have always written characters of all genders.
• If we get along very well and you'd also like to play something like BG3 or Bloodborne together and have us make ocs within those settings, I would be down for that.
• I am in the UK, my timezone is GMT.

Essentially I am just looking for someone to create with. I have a lot of existing ocs that fit a variety of settings, and I'm always ready to make more. I would prefer to create something together instead of everything being on one person's terms. That doesn't interest me.

Right now I have a particular interest in developing strong character bonds, particularly romance. My recent roleplay experiences have all been group-based and while the overarching stories have always been interesting, I really miss writing close character bonds with someone. I would vastly prefer oc x oc over an oc x canon story, though I can be flexible depending on the setting. For example if you like Dragon Age or Baldur's Gate, I would be open to discussing oc x canon for those.

Whether it is slice-of-life or a wider story in which our characters are the centrepiece, I really would love to develop some oc bonds! I do have a preference for fantasy settings, but I am open to other things as well.

I would prefer original settings, but I would be open to fandom roleplay for the following:

• Interview with the Vampire (2022)
• Game of Thrones/House of the Dragon/ASoIaF
