I think the Shigawire should be an equipment slot with upgrades rather than taking up a skill slot

Literally every person I've seen play this game uses the Shigawire. It's great for movement and makes the game feel much more fluid. It seems like this should be one of your equipment slots, with various upgrades and unique blueprinted versions to find. Maybe later on with more skills unlocked there will be competitive choices to justify getting rid of it, but for PvE/PvP/Exploration it is almost unmatchable by any other choice right now.
