Need advice

Me and this girl have been talking for a while and we both clearly liked each other but I’m starting to think I’m annoying her, she goes through waves of wanting me then ignoring me. Last time she ignored me I stopped visiting her at work and when I saw her again it was “where have you been” meanwhile she puts 0 effort in to reply to me. Fast forward to now it’s been 2 weeks since she’s replied to my messages but still likes my posts on socials, I visit her at work and the spark doesn’t feel like it’s there anymore. Help
