What can you really do to bad companies and agents?

Just got through an extremely bad rushed buy and sell process of my property with an agent.

Here's other sharing of my bad past experiences with other companies:

1. My Family Vet @ Bukit Batok - Scammed my wife $1000 to do a full range of tests for my pet, scared her till she cried, fear tactic, prescribe unnecessary medications. Check their bad reviews where the vet has killed many of her customers' pets.

2. S Wheels Auto Pte Ltd - Scammer sales rep tried to cheat me.

Pattern A) He said I cant get bank loan even though I paid 30% DP. I had debate with him that interest rates are advertised transparently and my credit rating is fine before he knows he couldnt cheat me. It is retarded that I even to go through this debate.

Pattern B) Next, he said only OCBC came back with offer. Yet another lie. I personally called in another local bank and they had no problem extending the loan. Truth is, this car firm can earn comms from OCBC, not other banks.

This goes to show they are trying to exploit people who dont have good knowledge.

Honestly I think they shouldnt get away their bad ethics, but we cant do anything?
