Is this transhumanist art?
I've been going through Nier Automata and for me its main theme was the fight for life and the love of life. In a way, Nier Automata intersects with Pathologic, in which one of the main characters tries to defeat death.
This is also why I was interested in Expedition. I won't be able to play it for the next year because I have a Mac - and I don't want to spoil the experience with spoilers. I don't want to know if Death will be defeated at the end of the game or not, my main question is - is the game saturated with an acceptance of mortality and a denial of the possibility of life extension? Or does it have the same love for life that breaks the acceptance and resignation to mortality, choosing to at least try to fight instead of the inevitable end?
