Thrush flares up before last 3 periods, then no symptoms till next period…how do I get rid of it

Had thrush once about 8 months ago, took single oral tablet and cream, all symptoms went away. 3 months ago, I got it again, took the oral tablet and cream and symptoms disappeared until just before my next period where I noticed burning when peeing and itchy, irritated labia/vag. What’s odd is the symptoms go away once my period starts and stay gone until a few days before my period starts. This has happened on all three last period. I have no idea what to do.

I believe it is thrush and is a result of sexual activity but have not actually had it tested.

Symptoms are burning when peeing, itchy and red labia (feels dry/tight), discharge overall is watery and thin with specs in, the specs are thicker, almost like teeny bits of tissue paper or slightly larger clumps. It almost seems like a very mild form of thrush.

Any tips would be helpful please!
