Aerospace is good or not?

I have a brother who has 30k rank in mains general, and has interest in physics, astronomy and maths. He wants to do aerospace or eng physics, I have advised him to go for aerospace as it feels the right choice with atleast some placement possibility and his interest in same field. Is PEC a good option? We are from Faridabad so Chandigarh is quite near, please let me know if aerospace in pec is good for future or not?
