Parking Pass Purchase

I just bought the parking pass, but it did not ask for an address. I checked my account and I have no address listed, apart from the billing address (empty as I use paypal).

It says eticket, no delivery charge; but it also says this is not a ticket and your ticket will be posted to you...

Its all very confusing
