How Interpret Merrick Dry Food Expiration Date Code

Howdy. We’ve been feeding our shepard and beagle Merrick Grain Free Dog Food for the past ten years. Sometime recently since the new package design, I can no longer find the clear expiration date or “freshness date” or “best by date” on the bags. The hidden lot code numbers under top side of bag don’t make sense except perhaps a "time" stamp. I’ve been searching their website/FAQs, Reddit, and Google without luck.
