Anxiety on a different level

I was on escitalopram 15mg and bupropion 300mg, my energy levels kept dropping so my doctor prescribed me 150mg venlafaxine (start with 37.5mg then add 37.5 every week till 150) and lowered my dose of bupropion to 150mg too, 7.5mg esci for a week and then drop it.

I thought i had experience with antidepressant anxiety but this is on a whole new level. I had moments when I got stressed for no apparent reason, was overthinking more but it was fine. Now I'm on a second week of effexor, 75mg every morning and it's unbearable, I constantly feel like something is very wrong, I'm in alarm mode half of the day, started biting my nails which I haven't done since I was a kid and never had a big problem with, anything off makes me so uncomfortable I physically feel it in my whole body, I could go on like this. My question is will this get better?? I started taking it to help with my energy and drive but rn it drains it all away instead. If that makes any difference, I have been diagnosed with MDD, and am a 17y woman ;((
