AIO Wife 44f keeps talking to so called friend. She moved out I am 44m stuck with the bills

Wife 44f moved out. A dudes name kept popping up. I questioned. She got fed up and moved out. Threatening divorce. She eventually proved all conversations with me between him and her. Least what i could say i saw. Dunno what was hidden or deleted. I have been doing therapy but she wont go. Im stuck. She has my truck in her name and my business cell phone in her name. I live in the house we built. Shes afraid of my actually filling and taking half her 401k. I told her to delete the guy. 9 weeks later she actually delted him on a sat. But monday he was back on the phone. She keeps defending him saying" hes just a old friend". She never talked to him in 16 years just in last 6 months. He is an alcoholic and threatens to kill himself. She keep mother hening him. I know hes doing it for attention. But i cat gwt her to see that. All her friends wont talk to her. Well the ones who cheat will. I am emotionally drained. She has taken all the proceeds from selling a business we owned together. And last week took 100% of tax returns. I am stuck with all thebrest of the bills. She wont let me sell house. I dont know what to do. What is the best way to handle this?
