Help with memorial for my grandparents

I’m really struggling to isolate the song “jack and Diane” by John Mellencamp. To replace the name Jack with My grandpas name Pat. If anyone can help me make an audio file where it says his name would probably bring a tear to my mother’s eyes. Tips and tricks or even if someone has the free time to send me a file that would be amazing.
